Grace
Cafe is a new, different approach to Sunday School. We
all need to grow in our understanding of the Bible, and we all
could use a closer walk with God. But let's be honest --
sometimes we just can't find the energy to get up early on a
Sunday, so that we can sit through a Bible lecture surrounded by a
large crowd of people. That's where the Grace Cafe
comes in!
Starting
at 9:15 every Sunday morning, at the Grace Cafe you'll find
small groups of people studying, discussing, and learning to apply
God's word together. The groups rarely grow to more than ten
people in size, so you're not just a 'face in the crowd.' As
you become a part of the group and as time goes on, you'll find
yourself making lasting friends and building real relationships
with others, people who are facing the same difficulties and
struggles of life that you are facing. All of this
'community building' takes place in a casual, informal atmosphere.
We even provide the pastries and coffee! Why not give it a
try next week? You may find what you've been looking for!
Grace
Cafe classes are provided for all ages of children. We
are even starting a "Mothers with Babies" class where
moms can have Bible study together with their infants and small
children! Adult Bible study classes are provided as needed
to include a couples class, men's / women's classes, and a mixed
class. As the Cafe grows, other classes will be added
to minister to people of all ages and life situations.
We
also offer a continuous class called Discovering Grace.
If you want to find out more about our church's purpose,
structure, membership, and doctrine, this is the class to start
in. Covering six sessions, you are free to jump in at any
time in its cycle. It is taught by our pastor as on of the Cafe
'table classes' we currently offer.
